The Holiday Inn Hotel offered a comfortable and spacious room, perfect for my business needs. The amenities such as a business center with fax and photocopying services were highly beneficial for my work tasks. In addition, the complimentary coffee in the lobby was a nice touch. Overall, the staff was professional and attentive, ensuring a pleasant environment conducive to productivity.

We stayed for one night and got a free upgrade to a suite, which was awesome! The room was quiet and the beds comfy. There was some trash tucked behind the door, tho, which was a bummer. The pool was great for unwinding after a long day, but it could definitely use a deeper clean.

We loved our large suite. it was perfect for our family of eight, especially since the kids ate free at breakfast. The indoor pool was a hit with the little ones, and we also enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi after a long day. The only slight letdown was that we had to call for an ice bucket since there wasn't one in our room. Overall, a fantastic stay! 🏊‍♂️

In my wife's opinion, it would be great if they offered more kid-friendly dining options.

The King Suite was clean and modern, contributing to a fresh atmosphere. Dining was a highlight, with a diverse breakfast selection that included freshly prepared scrambled eggs tailored for my child's needs. However, while the pool was inviting, we didn't get a chance to use it during our stay.

This was just a prime choice for a transient stop in Williamsburg with best value. The heated pool was a nice way to unwind after a long day. Just be aware the carpet needs some serious vacuuming.
